Privacy Policy

This is a small, one-person operation, and this policy is written plainly. It explains what information I collect when you visit khaled.digital or get in touch, how I use it, and the choices you have. "I" and "me" refer to Khaled AlHaddad; "the site" refers to khaled.digital and its pages.

Information I collect

I keep this to a minimum. The site itself has no sign-up, no account, and no contact form.

• Information you give me directly. When you book a call or email me, you share things like your name, email address, social handle, and whatever you choose to tell me about your audience and goals.
• Booking details. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, time zone, any notes) and shares them with me so I can prepare for and hold the call.
• Basic technical logs. Like most websites, my host (Netlify) automatically records standard request data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
• Analytics. I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and how it's used — for example, which pages get viewed and roughly where visitors come from. This is gathered in aggregate so I can improve the site; it's for my own measurement only, not for advertising. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes some data (such as a shortened IP address and page-view events) on my behalf.
• Preferences stored in your browser. The site saves a couple of small values on your own device (your light/dark theme choice and whether you've seen the intro animation). These stay in your browser, are never sent to me, and are not used to track you.

What I don't do

• I don't run third-party advertising, and I don't use your data to build marketing profiles or retarget you with ads.
• I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• I don't ask for payment details on this site.

How I use your information

• To reply to you and schedule or hold our call.
• To plan, build, and launch the product we agree to work on together.
• To keep the site operating, secure, and working properly.
• To meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations tied to work we do together.

Third-party services

A few trusted services help run the site and the work. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles:

• Netlify — hosts the website and handles server logs.
• Google Analytics — measures aggregate site traffic and usage.
• Calendly — powers call booking.
• Google / Gmail — receives and stores email you send me.
• Whop — if we launch a product, purchases and payments for that product are handled on Whop, not here.
• Social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) — if you click through, you leave this site and their policies apply.

Cookies and analytics

The site doesn't use advertising cookies. It stores a couple of small preference values on your own device (your theme choice and whether you've seen the intro), and Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure visits. You can clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings, or install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you'd prefer not to be counted.

How your information is shared

I only share your information with the service providers above, as needed to do the work, or where I'm required to by law. That's it.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and carry out the work we agree on, and afterward only as long as required for legitimate business or legal reasons. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you — email me and I'll take care of it. You can also decline to share information, though that may limit my ability to work with you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, and I rely on established providers to do the same. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site and my services are intended for adults running their own audiences and businesses. They are not directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
